Give drivers a fast, intuitive way to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports for truck cabs and trailers. Configurable inspection checklists, digital defect reporting and centralized records help fleets identify maintenance issues sooner and keep inspection information organized.

!
DIGITAL DEFECTS
Capture reported defects in the same digital workflow instead of relying on paper forms.
↻
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

▦
CENTRALIZED RECORDS
Maintain inspection information in one configurable system for easier visibility and review.
DRIVER INSPECTION EXPERIENCE
Simple for drivers. Structured for the business.
Drivers can work through configurable inspection items for truck cabs and trailers, identify defective items, and record details directly in the inspection workflow.
The result is more than a completed form: the inspection becomes structured application data that can feed dashboards, reports and maintenance follow-up.
REAL-TIME FLEET VISIBILITY
Turn inspection data into fleet intelligence.
Interactive charts, live metrics and detailed grids give fleet managers direct visibility into vehicle status, inspection trends and maintenance needs.
Track disabled vehicles, inspection compliance, maintenance trends, driver activity or the metrics that matter to your operation. Because the dashboard is built on Studio, it can be configured around your business rather than locking you into a fixed view.
FMCSA & VEHICLE REPORTING
Inspection history and reporting without the paper chase.
SoftEXIT DVIR Reporting is designed to help fleets simplify the inspection-record side of FMCSA DVIR requirements by capturing defects, documenting corrective actions and maintaining inspection history in a digital system.
Built-in reporting gives supervisors and fleet leadership visibility into reported defects, inspection trends and outstanding maintenance needs so they can identify issues that require attention and prioritize repairs.
